That old bastard is so old that he could fall over dead at any minute. If you look closely on old footage of him at rallies, you can see that his team has support boards and rope holding him up at the podium and there is dust coming from his mouth and nose.

I haven't seen or heard from him for so long that I am beginning to think he died.

Also, is it really "accurate" to say that John McCain is "running" for the Presidency? Wouldn't it be more accurate to say that he is "crawling" or maybe "rolling" or even "eating tapioca pudding" for the Presidency?

I don't know if it's related, but John McCain can't raise his arms above his shoulders either, due to the torture he underwent as a POW.

He had ropes wrapped under his arms, over his shoulders, and between his legs, which then connected to rafters above. After they kicked the chair out from under his feet, he would just dangle there, with his body weight pressing into those ropes.
