Those were part of USSR, not called as USSR.

And yes, there are still Estonians in Estonia, like Georgians in Georgia. And in Estonian historia it is mentioned that it was part of USSR and the history doesn't stop in there.
It isn't a matter whether they have changed or not. And even if it were, people don't change just like that. There is still a bunch of hardcore Nazis in Germany, the real and original ones, as there are a very big bunch of communists in Russia. And this is a comparison regarding just the continuity, not what they have done or haven't done.
