Stop watching stats and build your empire. Monitor progress on a set schedule so that you don't freak out every time something is off and implement drastic changes that make no sense.

I have done all those things on your list except the last two. LOL

Bad days come and go so a single day doesn't usually freak me out anymore. So this is my coping strategy for during those times:

Check to make sure nothing is "broken" with my sites (Tours, Members Areas, everything).
Use some proxy servers to see if my sites are loading correctly from around the world.
Check traffic stats to make sure nothing unusual is going on.
Contact my CC processers to confirm they are not having load or replication issues and ask for a few test signups.

So if I determine traffic is flowing in at expected levels, all Tours are loading and working, all MAs are functioning (including bonus feeds, etc), Join forms are loading and sales are able to be processed, I do this:

Shrug my shoulders, figure people are simply not buying right now, light up a doob, go for a walk, fuck my girlfriend and watch a movie. Not all at the same time tho. LOL

A bad day isn't anything to stress about. Get back at it again tomorrow. If you see patterns then there is something you can do, but one day...just chuck it in the fuck it bucket and move on. Thennnn go get
