I fucking HATE that term, or hyphenated word, or whatever it is. Hey, meet this guy I know from an anonymous web forum whom I just met in real life about 20 minutes ago -- he's a top-notch guy! Sometimes it's prefaced that with "stand up", as in, "He's a stand up top-notch guy!" What in the fuck does that even mean? I'll tell you what it means. It means you're about to get ripped off by this clown is what it means.
