I'm looking to load money into a webmoney account.

I'm not setup as a business so I can't load by wire transfers.

There was a couple of exchangers around a few years ago but can't find anyone now. Can anyone recommend a good one ?

I can pay by Payoneer, Paypal (Credit card), Money gram / Western union, Wire.
