I don't buy into all of the points in the movie myself by the way, but it is very well produced, and parts are certainly thought-provoking.

I have watched it. Years ago.

1. It is possible for someone with a family history of that sort to go against the grain. There are many cases where people open up to the truth and expose others about the lies and illusions they are casting on the rest of the world because it is the right thing to do, regardless if you are family or not.

2. They're using reverse psychology to make us think that they are against the elite.

So when are you building your torus machine? Free energy man, build the machines already.

Why don't they use their techniques to convince people to donate money to a decent charity or make a prize fund to cure cancer. Instead of spending money on this absolute garbage. We seem to be hardwired to believe in something 'interesting' and 'subversive'. Why do we buy so many gossip magazines which lie about celebrities. Here's the breakdown of this movie: the torus is the answer, pretty much the torus - free energy - torus - aliens - torus - cure cancer - torus.

Unfortunately, the movie doesn't give any technical details about how the torus gives us all this stuff -SO WHY DONT THEY PUBLISH IT OR MAKE THE DEVICE?! - put the free energy machine design specs on the torrent sites. Or email the specs to universities. Build a demo and run your house on it. Invite the local news. They can get enormous publicity about this crappy movie, get publicity about them actually solving the problems they talk about and if there's anything to it, people will notice. The answer is called the Internet, use it.

First off, the movie is free to watch, so I don't feel "scammed" about anything.

Secondly, you are harping upon only one of maybe 20 or 30 topics they cover - rightly or wrongly.

And in addition, it is entertaining. No one is saying this is THE ANSWER to anything. I liken it to watching an episode of Ancient Aliens on the History Channel, without the self-identified Ancient Astronaut Theorists.

To me, it is thought provoking, and interesting. I find the TV show Person of Interest very interesting too, with many common threads of today's big-brothery world.

This is the problem with power it corrupts. This is why so many argued against Bush's massive invasion Into our privacy with the patriot act and the NSA spying. You allow this stuff to happen because you are ok with the guy you have right now, but guess what the next guy and the next guy gets that same power. Never do they willingly give it up.

The NSA spying is just like the war on drugs they start the ball rolling and lots of federal dollars start pouring in and suddenly there are new jobs in this senators state or that one which will be taken away if they vote to stop it.

This is the same reason that Boing operates in all 50 states, because by doing that, they have leverage with the state representatives due to being a big employer and it means it's very unlikely that any congressman will vote against spending bills related to Boing. The NSA is the same concept, the giant machine has started so now trying to kill it, hurts the congressmen in their own states, because you can bet your ass just about every state is getting federal funds that have something related to the NSA.

I'm glad I've already decided to move out of the USA in 1-2 years.

There's only three types:

(1) The ignorant buffoon's like him, who don't give a shit and will have their cartoon distortion bubble popped and who probably speaks with a voice like Forrest Gump and who would probably say the same thing even if they were locked up on a false charge with their entire history falsified.

(2) The regular people who are basically indoctrinated by the mass media into believing that they live a wonderful life and who actively listen to the megaphone that tells them daily that their life is wonderful like the millions in North Korea who are convinced that it is.

(3) The intelligent minority who either want to leave or who are actively engaged in the process of getting THE HELL OUT.

They may monitor and log everything but I don't think they actually look at it until you trigger some alarms in their systems.
Looking at how the government handled building a website (healthcare) I highly doubt they are successfully analyzing all the data they are collecting. I'm pretty sure that project ended up being extremely expensive since it's designed to help profiling everyone that goes to the doctor

Hell, not only that, but with the massive influx of tens of thousands of new federal laws being enacted each year, on average every person in the US breaks 3 federal laws PER DAY. It's just a matter of when they decide to enforce them on you. If your political views are not approved by whatever administration is in power, they may just decide to enforce against YOU.
