Since no one has mentioned this, I just had to chime in here. The exact same thing happened to me on & off for about 3 solid months some years ago. I even went to the ER because of the effects. Two different emergency room doctors thought I'd had a stroke, but when I was tested ad nauseum, there was nothing.
It turns out it was what is called a 'cavitation' where the bacteria went systemic thoughout my body & brain which, in turn, created what many thought to be a stoke.
This has been well documented, so I thought I'd throw it out there if the tests come back negative.
PS - They also tested me for aneurisms and a bunch of other shit as well.
