Looking for support ticket software that does the following...
Once upon a time I used a piece of software called Cerberus within a ticket system structure. What I really liked about Cerberus at the time is there was a nice dashboard that would neatly separate multiple mailboxes.
Let's say that you have a support address, billing address, and sales address. You could then arrange your dashboard into sections as outlined below.
Billing
Support
Sales
At any time I could take a quick glance and see there are three sales tickets that need to be addressed, five support tickets, etc.
It's my understanding that Cerberus no longer operates like this and I am having a hell of a time finding a similar piece of software. I have looked over many other nice ticket systems and none of them have the options outlined above, which is really a deal breaker for me.
Any suggestions? Hacks?
