Like the Dodd-Frank reform act, which was intended to reform the weaknesses of the financial system but instead gave unchecked power to administrative bodies, like the US Treasury.
Congress PASSED the law. And just because many people don't like the law or that a bank in Texas filed a lawsuit against it doesn't make it unconstitutional.

No matter what it is, I'm sure its nothing compared to the war criminals of Bush and Cheeny. But please go on.

Prove it.

Not true. When congress shut down the government, this included federal property including PARKS. With the parks closed, businesses on that federal property could no longer operate thanks to your buddy Boehner. Come on man you know this stuff.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA..... Come on!!! I think you're a smart guy even though I disagree with you on alot of things, but this is your worst yet. Vendy : You are talking about a Fake News Story about Obama covering Mount Rushmore that was posted here http://freepatriot.org/2013/10/05/sp...w-mt-rushmore/

In yet another truly disgusting move that reeks of spitefulness, the National Park Service, under orders from Obama, have been blocking off all of the viewing areas of Mt. Rushmore with cones. Not only did they close down the park that the monument is located in, but they are now blocking off any and all spots along the roads surrounding the park that provide a viewing spot for picture taking.
Here's the truth about that one for you Vendy: http://www.snopes.com/photos/politics/rushmore.asp

Wrong, wrong, wrong. LCDR Nate Christensen simply issued a non-specific statement in response to the controversy noting that there is an existing rule in place which could be enforced (to varying degrees), depending on circumstances: "Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defence, Court martial and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis and it would be inappropriate to speculate on the outcome in specific cases."

The Pentagon then said " It?s OK to evangelize. But it?s not OK to proselytize." which basically means that its OK to talk about faith, but not to push beliefs on others.

Seriously dude... When you hear about something that sounds a little like bullshit, especially when it comes from your pals Glen Beck and the like, take 5 minutes to look it up and explore MORE. It should make you sick that an outside like me knows more about your country than you do.
