In order for a company to receive tax-free donations, they need to be listed as a ?Charitable Organization? or have a similar permit. CopyControl PTY. was registered on July 11th, 2012 as an Australian Private Company & does not have a permit. When searching for the company under the AU Government Business ABN lookup it?s apparent that this company is improperly filed.

This fucking means that you are improperly filed since you are not a Charitable Organization who is receiving donations. This means that you are marking each donation as a payment for a service marked as a "Copyright Protection Service". Although your not offering a service, because on your website there are no services for sale. Individuals are only giving donations. This means that you are faking where your business revenue is coming from. This means that you are improperly listed.
Again you said this out of your own mouth. Upon us looking into it, we discovered that indeed you are not a Charitable Organization and therefore cannot receive tax-free donations. Which is why you clearly stated this..

The proof necessary is available above. You improperly filed your business without a charity charter which didn't allow you to technically receive donations. Therefore you masked the donations as paid for by "services" on invoices that you filed.
I will say it again and again and each time it will be accurate and true because it came FROM YOUR OWN MOUTH ON THIS VERY COMMUNITY.
Now that you have updated your site, adapted a new corporation that can indeed receive payments - your operational standpoint has changed and I can no longer use the same information as I have in the past. However this change has come only recently in the past few hours.
You should be banned for attempting to manipulate staff into banning me. You have lied and ignored the facts time and time again. We have provided voice recordings, sent private investigators, found you to be operating Core Sales PTY out of the same address as Copy Control PTY which is OBVIOUSLY your attempt to use two in the same as one. I mean why the hell would you have two offices when you already are the Director of one corporation on that floor and can use the offices and VIRTUAL HQ for a company that rarely needs the space or the phones.
You should be banned for lying to the members on this community and creating a low-overhead company and manipulating them into believing that you are running at a $70,000 loss.
