His friend Gavin, Gavo a moderator on Wjunction, and Richard were involved with BayW together. This is now the forum on DirtyWarez which Gavin owns/owned.

A cam is an illegal recording in which a video camera is used to film a movie while it's playing in a theater.
The website run by Humphrey included a button labeled "donate" that allowed payments to be made to Humphrey's PayPal account, according to the plea agreement.
Humphrey also offered VIP memberships in which he charged customers $1.50 per month or $16 per year.
Although Humphrey pleaded guilty to operating only one website, federal prosecutors said in a sentencing memorandum that Humphrey designed and operated several websites that infringed on copyright laws.
Prosecutors sought a sentence in the range of 24 to 30 months, in part, because of Humphrey's extensive criminal history. He was on probation when he was caught running the illegal website, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Bob Kern.
Humphrey has juvenile convictions, including assault of a former girlfriend, as well as adult convictions, including menacing, assault and driving a vehicle while impaired, Kern said.
U.S. District Judge Lesley Wells also was aware of a pending charge against Humphrey in Lorain County for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, Kern said. The incident occurred while Humphrey was on bond and awaiting sentencing on the copyright infringement plea.

Clearly some people don't celebrate Independence Day, but I sure as hell did. I know Mr. King resides in Australia and that our holiday is not celebrated there. We have provided voice recordings, sent private investigators, found you to be operating Core Sales PTY out of the same address as Copy Control PTY which is OBVIOUSLY your attempt to use two in the same as one. I mean why the hell would you have two offices when you already are the Director of one corporation on that floor and can use the offices and VIRTUAL HQ for a company that rarely needs the space or the phones.
You should be banned for lying to the members on this community and creating a low-overhead company and manipulating them into believing that you are running at a $70,000 loss.

This is untrue. A contribution to a cause is entirely legal for a company to accept, the only provision being that the company must pay tax on that income, which we do.
A company can receive contributions from anywhere, anyone or any other entity providing they pay tax on that income. Which is what we do, what we have always done.I will say it again and again and each time it will be accurate and true because it came FROM YOUR OWN MOUTH ON THIS VERY COMMUNITY.

There has been no ADAPTATION of any structure of Copy Control Pty Limited because no new changes have been made to the company since last year. You have again made a false accusation which you cannot prove - so here's another proof or ban question - prove that we have modified the company structure with ASIC in the past week, month or even this year.

Richard, we spoke to Wayne, he is a friend of our own private investigator and feels terrible he got involved with you when he realised the connection.
