You mentioned stress, well guess what? Stress is the real culprit here. And all most doctors seem to be able to do is lamely prescribe shit like xanax, crap that is nothing but a bandaid solution that brings with it more potentially harmful side risks than benefit.

We all have stress. Every one of us. Some of us just have less of it than others. The real solution long-term is not to find the right drug. The real solution is to identify where your stress is coming from and then removing as many of those stressors from your life as possible.

Got a few annoying family members, friends, chums, buddies, aquaintances etc who constantly drive you up the wall? Either cut them out of your life completely or greatly reduce the times you have to be around them.

Debt getting you down? Consolidate those loans down to one easy payment like the commercial says.

Insurance rates got you frantic? Try saving hundreds of dollars by switching to Geico.

In other words figure out what bugs the shit out of you and cut it out of your life. Because brother I'm telling you, over time that stress shit, as insignificant and irrelevant it might seem to you, can very much bugger up your health if not outright kill you.

Good on you that you saw a doctor quickly about this. It may seem minor compared to others, it may have been described as minor by others, but there's not a god damned thing minor about it.

Lower stress = :D

I'm living proof.
