If you had some symptoms like sweating or dizziness I might've thought you were having a diabetic crash.
But if you were feeling fine, and all that happened, get your ass over to the hospital emergency room. You could've had a small stroke and another may be on the way. Don't put it off because you feel fine now. You need a CAT scan and a check up. Good luck.
