We acquired a video site recently from a local client who incurred some debt and bartered off several sites to us to settle up his bill.

Currently this site site has over 16,500 videos and gets about 500 unique daily visitors and about 200,000 - 225,000 page views per month. I'm sure with some help we could double that within a two month period.
That's where you come in... We are looking for a partner to help us with some development for the site and to help guide the direction of content, ads, and other marketing.
We would be willing to create and sign an agreement saying the the partner would get 40% of all revenue the site earns and also give full access to all places where that revenue is earned. We'll continue to pay for hosting if needed (~$350/mo. currently)
We are up for ideas. Our forte is SEO, but not necessarily in the adult market. Please contact us if you know PHP, adult video sites, and can turn some cash in this industry. We especially need some help tweaking SEO parts of the site.
