For a couple minutes today, I couldn't talk. I mean I could verbally make noises, but I couldn't say the names of simple items like a cup, or a chair, or someone's name. I was in a meeting at the office and I just started mumbling (mid sentence) like someone on a 10 day coke binge and no sleep. It's like my brain couldn't figure out what my mouth was supposed to say.
