He makes his money from the direct type-ins to his domain, that he then forwards to my site/s from where he uses my content, with his aff code. He was sending me around 100 joins a month. I didn't delete his account, and continue to pay the aff share he is entitled too. And after a letter from my lawyer (to which he said to me directly "I hope your lawyer charges a lot"), he switched the redirects back to my sites. But for the 30 days he redirected to my competitors, I lost 100 sales and subsequent rebills.

This part interests me the most. JT would you care to share who this company is that was re-directing? Perhaps off-GFY? I ask because I have been approached many times for 'Members Area access' for affiliates to cut their own promo tools and clips. I have consistently rejected these types of partnerships but recently relented and have granted access to two such companies. This just happened last week so they are still in the process of cutting the content etc but now it worries me that the situation you just described could be happening with my sites. Something I do not want of course.
Any more info on this would be most helpful.
