Your idiotic question framed differently could be posed as "Is it technically possible for a sponsor to pay me 96 dollars and a goat for each click I send them?" Yes, it is technically possible to send 96 dollars and a goat per click... but nobody is offering that so who gives a fuck what is technically possible.
