A newspaper won't care... unless they believe it will help them sell more copies of the newspaper.
They will take your news about it and use the exact same 2 steps I suggested above.
1 Is printing a story about Lucas naked on the toilet in McDonalds legal
2A - How can we profit the most by printing that story?
2B - Is there something else we can do instead to profit more if we don't print that story.
