Then that's where the debate should be. Your point of fracking correlates too, like the fracking exec in the Dallas suburb suing the city over a fracking site close to his fancy neighborhood.
That's where the opportunity is for changing polluting behaviors. Won't be everyone though. Every time I walk down the streets of downtown Los Angeles, which is every day, I see people flick ciggarette butts onto the sidewalk/street. It doesn't matter which side of the politics those polluters fall on, anyone will have a hard time reasoning with a cigg smoking polluter.
