if he's already giving you excuses it's highly unlikely that he will ever pay. the best that you can do is expose him on here so we all know not to do business with him.

in the process wait another 2 weeks MAX and if he still hasn't paid name names.

tough one.. what does your intuition tell you? if you think he's gonna pay out, wait to out him cuz you'll 100% not be getting the money if you out him... if you're pretty sure he def. wont pay then crucify him here... it lets others know who to look out for, and let's face it, it's fun to see someone get busted up on GFY.
