Someone posted a horrific graphic of a females vagina in that thread.
The translation of the french (it's been awhile) contained in the graphic is
"Raped - she has finally received bullets in her vagina."
So here - in this newsgroup a REAL rape graphic as it appears ... has been posted.
Is anyone shutting down GFY - besides Deepsy1?
Now if I want to discuss that graphic ....
How would I according to "fair use" quote it's source?
Do I say I got it from GFY - that would not be fair to GFY?
Do I have a right to discuss that graphic at all?
Or - should no magazine or newspaper be able to discuss that graphic?

You can write about anything you want. You can link to anything you want.
BUT if you show a picture, you have to have permission to use it, and you have to give credit for who took the picture.
Easy enough?
