I think it means when you go to the theater and see this trailer, it will be shown only to audiences that are of an appropriate age to see the movie itself. In other words, you wouldn't see this trailer before watching Disney's Frozen but you may see it before 22 Jump Street.

Probably means the same thing for TV commercials as well. You may see the commercial during an episode of Family Guy but not during an episode of Dora The Explorer
