It was awe inspiring to people following domains yesterday when the news broke. Reason why is that no other sale of a NEW TLD, since ICANN enabled them, has even come close. The nearest sale of a NEW TLD that we are aware of was about $50k. So, we eclipsed that one. Risking $175k on a brand new extension during this new phase of the domain name business has never been done before.
