              We are only able to process Visa for businesses based in the US or EU regions.

                      VISA International has recently extended the EU region to include Romania and Bulgaria. We will now accept new CCBill Account signups for businesses based within these countries through our EU Processor, CCBillEU, with a simple online registration and without any initial setup fees to get started.

                      - Is this still correct?

                              ok, the reason i ask is because a friend of mine in Romania recently told me that he tried to sign up to CCBill and was told by your company that hey blocked Romania, and cannot do business with Romanian companies anymore....

                              Could this be possible?

                                  he should be able to signup no problem. If someone told him that recently I'm afraid they were mistaken. Pass along my info to your friend and I will make sure they are taken care of.
