If you found a crack rock with 1% cocaine in it I would be surprised! Or for that matter if you tried to buy REAL cocaine and it had 1% cocaine in it I would be shocked!
People selling "cocaine" these days are pretty much selling crushed up speed. And it isn't fun to do it.
