Obscenity (in Latin obscenus, meaning "foul, repulsive, detestable", possibly derived from ob caenum, literally "from filth").
Anyone that thinks playboy, twistys type stuff or just plain hardcore sex is obscene, has some mental issues.
Throat fucking, water sports, gaping anal etc. etc. etc., even just anal, would be considered obscene by many.. Fact is, I think a LOT of the current porn producers could get slammed in court for obscene material since they don't even try to have any sort of storyline to their scenes.. I'd love to see them produce a script to defend themselves in court to try and get in under the "artistic merit" allowance..Comment

Most of the prime time cop/gun/blood/murder/death/autopsy shows on tv are obscene to my sensibilities. Hard for me to believe they're the highest rated shows on the major US networks, but oh well. I guess a drama revolving around a grocery clerk would be too boring to get advertisers? lol
Most of the adult entertainment content I've viewed is not obscene to me.
The word "pornography" has a negative conotation though. Some judges wont allow you to use the word in court since it implies a negative pre-judgment. So you may have asked a trick question.43-922-863 Shut up and play your guitar.
