Okay here is what happened. When he offered her 1 mil to pose for GGW he found out through talking with her that she had already done GGW when she was much younger. They agreed to a price maybe a mil, maybe more (more likely a percentage split on profits). Part of the agreement was to use the original pics and not any news ones. When things settled down and sales dropped, they agreed to do a fake lawsuit to bring attention back to the media at hand and boost sales a second time. All as a part of a larger publicity stunt. The settlement they are currently 'talking' about was agreed upon from the start. Each party agreed to a non-disclosure agreement. What they 'settle for now' will be a percentage of the total revenue for the sales of the media. That's what I would do, and that is what is happening. Don't get caught up with a lesser mind and don't think bigger forces aren't at play.Comment

It was already posted in other previous threads and in several articles that it was decided in the boardroom to recind the offer after one of Joe's minions made the suggestion that they search through their archives for her first before making any official offer. They did so, found footage of her, and the rest is history.

Using her name and likeness to promote is basically like signing a star without paying for it.
At 17 it is non-binding what ever she signed is irrelevant.
