Hey, I'm just sayin'...Atlanta ain't some redneck backwoods place. It's a very cool city. And not only has some of the biggest swinger/sex clubs but is also home of more strip clubs than any other city.

It's always been a very socially liberal city.

And how can you require a prescription for a product that is sold over the counter and not a controlled substance by the Feds?

Doesn't sound like that kind of nonsense would hold up in any court to me.

I don't think that's even remotely legal in any way, shape, or form.

It would be like some local politician declaring that bologna sandwiches require a doctors prescription...it makes no sense.

Doesn't something have to be a prescription drug (as mandated by the Feds) to require a prescription?
