Well.. a few things to note:
1. I presume that the OP isn't looking for X-Art type girls. Nor is he looking for stuff whereby you need to drag out a bunch of lights and equipment. Pop up flash and a snapshot digital camera is probably just fine, and as a matter of fact is probably preferred.
2. When I shoot, I shoot with the intention of making each photo set or video costing me $50 or less. So if I pay a girl $500, I aim to shoot 10 "items".. Items being either a photo set or a video clip.
3. I don't need every scene to be faking orgasms. Perhaps 1 JOI scene, 1 masturbation scene, 1 foot fetish scene, 1 pissing scene, 1 strip tease scene, and so on.
4. I have a camera with true silent mode. So I can have someone shooting the stills over my shoulder while I'm shooting the video, thereby knocking the OP's request out in about 2-3hrs with plenty of breaks and plenty of time to shoot what I want left over.
5. I pay by the day.. not the scene. If I posted a casting call on Model Mayhem for a $500 full day shoot (6-8hrs), I can just about guarantee I'd have my inbox full by the end of the day. Granted most of them won't be drop dead gorgeous, but at least a handfull would be good enough.
I'm not trying to argue with people. Just pointing out that what the OP is offering is definitely doable even though 100% of what he's offering goes to the model. I'll simply make my money from the extra content I shoot that I didn't have to pay for. And since I didn't pay for it, it's worth it even if I only get 1 or 2 "items" for myself.
