I've never had a problem with moniker. Like someone else said, the confirmation will go to the address listed with the domain you are trying to transfer.

I checked it , everything is ok . i sent many email to their support,marketing,... but nothing
i haven't time and dont want lost alot time with them just for transfer few domains , if they can't i want just refund my money just This!!

I think you're going to find this was a simple issue that could of been resolved by phone today, or easily tomorrow by icq. You need to take a chill pill.
