    how about this guys:

    we are polarized about how do handle pay and prices etc.. why don't we in the west just say 'oil is now $30 a barrel and if you don't like it... eat sand'

    think is we stood firm they would roll over?

      I think too many powerful American firms with heavy political contacts have their hands in the oil business over there to ever let that happen. Besides, people need to get to work so besides the 50 or so people who may actually boycott the oil if it came down to it, everyone else has to keep the lights on.
