While not specifically choke fetish, sites like Facial Abuse in the Duke Dollars (http://www.dukedollars.com) portfolio do have the sort of brutal content that you can probably use, which involves facefucking/puking/choking/spitting.

As far as I know filmed FSRP isn't illegal but you will certainly want to cover your ass by adding sufficient disclaimers that attest to the fictional nature of the acts.
