So true JA$ON, a good and reliable designer is
extremely hard to find. Lately most people don't
thoroughly read a thread (position requirements).
Then shoot over a bland message like "I design"
or "hit me up" and assume (based on their word
alone) that they'll be hired on the spot and paid
a fortune.

That's a very important point pornguy. There's
nothing worse than a so-called designer who
just outsources everything on the cheap,
pockets all the profit and stamp's their name
on the finished product = lame.
