    which are the top 3 countries ?

    we're planning to build our online adult business
    we'll allow users to post photo/video on the site

    some users might post copyrighted or underaged photo/video
    and this may give us big troubles

    of course, we will remove as soon as we find out

    which are the top 3 countries in setting up our company
    when we are setting up this online adult website ?

      I think l would drop the project now before you head for jail no matter what country you operate from ...just my advice.

          that´s right
          you cannot extract legal from illegal posts, when you once get many visitors it´s just too much work, but saying you remove all illegal content is no excusion when authorities find f.e. kidporn or other fuckin´ stuff on your website, and presto you get a full paid holiday in the beautiful bays of guantanamo...

          my advice: drop it
