See this is a self defeating policy of the right. They dont want to pay for welfare for needy kids but they want to ban things like sex education in schools and birth control.
There are certain times when its worth it to invest in something that has a benifical outcome and denying kids are having sex or trying to pretend they will wait for marriage isn't it..
Its cutting off the nose in spite of the face.
