the show biz types I know are pretty liberal HOWEVER almost every one of them suggested I cheat on my taxes when I complained about the high rate I pay in tax... i.e. you need a better account.. so do as I say, not what I do... that's a hypocrite right?

and actually I use a great CPA that it TOTALY by the book. so I pay what I'm asked to pay.

I heard this once on the radio "if you aren't on welfare or getting money from the government in one form or another, you are the enemy" and I thought ...wow.... that seems like a truism..

all the guys on facebook that I personally know, getting disability, running recovery houses and in other types of government subsidized situations or government jobs all want fast food wage raises to $25 an hour, free health care, in fact they all LOVE Obama care... and they all want the mythical 1% to pay all the tax for everybody ...

so when I see this agenda pushed on GFY I think 'broke ass losers' hey I could be wrong... beats me, not my issue, but I do definitely consider that to be the case...

now the conservatives I know are all successful business men, like myself, although my friends are much more successful than I am today and they really kid me about it in a good natured way.. I don't mind, it's not hateful.. the thing is we don't talk about gays, blacks, Mexicans, illegal immigration of any of the hot button stuff... we discuss business. you know LLC's, loans, advertising, staff, regulations and stuff like that. for instance one of my buddies health ins for his business went up 250K year for staff due to Obama care.... and joke around about pussy for sure...

one of the common factors we have as friends is trying to improve ourselves personally and professionally, which is why I'm in friendships with them.. we have common goals etc.. I'm not really friends with the liberals I know because well honestly I'm busy working, not hanging out...

so the main difference I can see is liberals want to change everyone else and stay the same while the conservatives I know, just like myself, want to improve ourselves... maybe that's why polls show conservatives to be happier on the average?
