after ages of consistently not permitting typical tgp/mgp submissions, 1215 is finally offering accounts at various prices.
some people may like the pricing/rules, some may not. i can't please everyone and pleasing myself and my hungry fish are most important.
these galleries will be posted on a side page in which there will be lots of approved galleries each day - these are same pages i do my main tgp/mgp trades with as well.
i am very flexible with what i permit to be submitted, so do NOT be afraid of my lengthy rules. most of them are common sense anyway, but there's always new webmasters who could use a quick brief on some basics.
