It's not 100% fake. Usually they have a rota of men who are regularly milked until there is enough to fill the spunk cannon. Keeps fairly well in a fridge as long as it is in a sealed container, then when you are ready to use it warm it up and add a bit of pineapple juice to take the edge off the taste and even the consistency.
