    Support Tickets

I friggin hate them. Can nobody communicate over friggin email or chat anymore? I have to login to host submit ticket, login to service for install, submit ticket, something gets buttered up and gotta submit ticket back to host, then back to service. Still don't work submit ticket to host... logging in each time, when I could just reply, send with email or chat. Oh but then there is no record in the system, well how about not deleting the emails or chat logs i dunno... there has to be a better way man, it's the fucking information age.

I suppose you are right, but then everyone has to have one, so now it's like a circus to get anything accomplished. I must say it is all my fault cause if I had just gotten all the right info before I got started, I would probably not have gone through it as much. The sad thing is, it's not all over yet and I dread what may still be in my future of support ticket madness.
