I would hazard a guess at many more than that, Thames water discharge treated sewage into the Thames not far from where I live, then when supplies are low they pump water from said river (not far from the sewage outfall) back into the treatment plant for consumption!
Nice to know that our drinking water is of such high quality!!!!!
