Nobody wins. It might look that way because iraq is now liberated (to a degree), but nobody had a clear and defined victory.

Nobody won? We just took over an entire country and the one with the 2nd largest oil reserves in the world. Casualties are part of the process and expected. They pre-order the body bags even.
