What is the one task you do that makes your business thrive? [BIZ THREAD]

Where do you focus your efforts to ensure your business is growing?

What are the daily things you accomplish that get you to where you want to be?

Also, what do you wish you were better at, or more inclined to do? Is there something you should be doing more of, but just don't seem to get it done?

I know one place I need to be more effective, and that's building relationships with all the other people in this industry, especially the people in Toronto.

I'm looking to setup meetings this month with all the people in Toronto I can think of, and foster good business relationships with them in 2008.

Big thanks to Kevin from Twistys for showing me how it's supposed to be done. You are a big part of my motivation man! Thanks.

Micro managing sales and affiliates. Really going the extra mile to get people what they need. My guys make me money and if they can crank out 1 sale per period more and be happy, then I am happy.

Stout, sure man let's talk! I feel bad for being around so long and not taking the time to meet some of the people in the business around me here. I'll hit you up on ICQ tomorrow, about to head home for the day.

Promo guy, definitely agree that it's important to have time away from the PC.. I always come up with my best ideas while not engaged with work, especially while I'm away travelling. Always seem to come home with a better idea of what I'm supposed to be doing!

We're on for lunch next week. My assistant will set everything up and be in touch.
After that let's get the whole T.O. crew together to talk biz.
