I think I overstated what is needed. What I am looking for is:
Streaming in HD and standard.
No downloads
Security from scrapes
Nothing too fancy. What I meant by Netflix is, site will be low monthly cost, streaming only now downloads and as tight as tight can be for protection against theft.
A bunch of sites are doing it now. Not sure what is best software or approach.
