I am trying to embed a mpg file into a page and want to know if I can show the first frame of the video rather than have it start automatically or just show black?

Not sure I follow, do you mean just manually make thumbnails of all the videos and link directly to them? I am trying to embed them into the page but if I make them not start automatically (which is what I want) each video is all black when the page loads, which is fine, but it would be preferable if I could somehow show the first frame of each video rather than just black before the user plays each one.Comment
