All offers that come in are given total access to all stats for the past year. This way they can be certain that the traffic and pop is REAL!!!!! Don't guess . . . review traffic stats maintained by a trusted third party!!!!

The weird thing about you selling the domain is that I've known two people who contacted you about the domain and wanted to make a fair offer. You never responded to either.

Makes me wonder if this "selling of the domain" is for real or just attention.

I've read the exact same things on multiple domain forums. I've read about at least four people that have attempted to contact him with serious offers/inquiries and have either not gotten a response or completely juvenile responses that made them no longer want to do business with him. My guess is he must not be the owner and simply been told he would receive a commission should he sell it, so he's never really serious about moving it and doesn't mind berating prospective buyers with juvenile insults. I find it hard to believe that anyone seriously trying to move the domain would be stupid enough to act the way he does.

Yep, I've seen his traffic club stats, they aren't even close to what he purports them to be. Also, if he was earning 7k/mo from type in traffic, he wouldn't need to work the full time $9/hr day job he's admitted he has.

Yeah, that could be it too. Kind of seems like an attention thing to me. Can't fathom how lonely you'd have to be to resort to that though.
