Hey guys, for the second year in a row, my team and I are participating in the Ride to Conquer Cancer here in Canada! A nice ride of over 150 miles from Montreal to Quebec city!
Last year many of you proved to be very generous and I really appreciate the support because we’re so committed to the cause. I’m asking for your help again this year, and you can see the post from last year here with more information about the charitable work being done:

As some of you may know, I was born with severe asthma and I've been taking medication my whole life for it. I cycle 37miles to and from work as often as I can. It was during one of these rides that I started coughing up blood. If I hadn’t been pushing my lungs every day on the bike, my tumour would never have been diagnosed in 2011. I had it removed because it was blocking 90% of the lung capacity. Happily I have recovered fully, cycling literally saved my life, and for me living life to the fullest and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is now a must. I'm actually training for the Ironman in Syracuse next June!
How you can help cure cancer?
Well, one way for sure is to donate here :

We are truly committed to the cause and hope to bring real results for something that matters deeply to so many people. You can help!
Thanks in advance,
