On reflection, my take on your images as being silly is a way of trivializing what really bothers me about that photo: the implicit violence in it. And that is what bothers me about bondage, etc., in general. That is something I really don't like.

Feedback, whether positive or negative...is always infinitely more preferrable to a vacuum of silence. In fact, sometimes the negative (constructive) feedback is just as helpful as praise.

                                                                                                                  Oddly - I've never thought of our work in terms of depicting "implicit violence", though. I can possibly understand your interpretation as appearing that way perhaps...but since the actual production doesn't contain any measure of 'violence' (implied non-consenuality?) persay, I've never thought of it in those terms.
