yes, i'd say they are all girl next door types. natalia has the best potential in my eyes to be a glossed up pornstar type. but if you want to go that route with her, i'd say you should start looking at airbrushing/touching up her photos too. she could do pretty well that way actually. she has the eyes, haha. i think you could actually gloss natalia up quite well.

Any more input ? What other elements make a good site... quick to load, easy to navigate, good large pics, preview video... ect ect ???

Also do you think it's better to show exactly whats inside the site or put them blurrs or stars over the naughty stuff ? Some seem to feel it motivates people to join to see the good stuff inside... ???

stars are fine in the tour, if there is nude and hard content make it obvious though. there's no need to give away anymore than is neceessary until they've paid for it. ya stars are irritating, but if you're irritated it means you want to see it. if the sites are going to be update regularly, a little update box somewhere on the tour is nice for letting the surfers know there is some action going on in the members area. i'm starting to see a lot more tour feature a little flash video box with the girls doing a little video intro or teaser inviting the surfers in, i'm kind of liking that on the solo tours too.

once your inside keep it simple, without going crazy with too many pages. a top navbar with easy to see links to the picture & video pages, webcam, forum, blog, bonus content, feeds, and a couple other things is all good. i've been across a couple sites where they've just stockpiled a massive list of everything on one page in the members area, and it is a royal fucking mess. make sure videos and galleries are linked to by thumbs, i have no clue why some member's areas have textlink lists. terrible idea. keep all the distractions/banners/etc down a sidebar or at the bottom of the main members area page, and don't clutter them on content pages...

just my tips on what i think goes best on a solo site. again, look at getting some input from some other people who are actually running them, i just review them...

Also go for an eye catching design of your site, not just eye catching but kick ass to make a real bucks with your girls

Hey thanks for taking so much time with this I really appreciate the input... looking at most of the more adult sites they do seem to show whats inside without the stars and such hiding the naughty bits... I am really torn on this one, I want to get it right and cant decide which works best... as you say weather in starrign the naughty bits out gets them inside the site... or if you show the naughty stuff they have enough to wank off to without joining :P

When i'm looking for porn, I always look for good looking models and not the design of a website.
