You don't find it surprising that he places an order with fake information and is surprised it was blocked?

There are two locations on the front page that have direct links to open a ticket. There is another link at the top of the page that says Help Desk which links to our help desk at https://support.amerinoc.com which has been staffed 24/7 for over 10 years as this is primarily how we have always offered tech support. There is also another link at the top that says Contact Us that goes directly to a contact form to create a ticket. I can see your blocked order, but I do not see any tickets from you regarding the matter. As I'm sure you can understand, we do not process orders with fake information like this. If you want us to process and order for you then use your correct information.
