He did not have model releases and pictures of models holding IDs!

Pictures of models holding their IDs and their contract is decent proof. He does not have it, the producer does... that is why I need to know if he has proof that producer let him distribute these videos. We needed paper that can hold up in court!

I would love to see you explain "GFY rep" to a judge when the content producer contacts you and tell you that they are the owners and never sold you that content. It happened to our company 2x in the past. We will do whatever it takes to protect ourselves.
